I'm willing to have this patch lowered to a P3.  I've discovered that by
using jacorb.implname, I can prevent all of this excess stack trace dumping
from showing up.  

To me, it's a workaround because I'm not using implementation
repository.  Our application was not originally desiged to use the Imr, and
we don't plan on rewriting it's handshaking to enable it to work in this
environment.

JacORB is making an assumption that if you have multiple VMs running Corba
on the same machine, then you should be using ImR.  I don't think the code
should require this.  Rather, it should only enable it.
